Doula Support

Being a Doula is so much more than being a “Glorified Hand Holder”. As a support person once you agree to having an additional person as part of your birthing team, you get another person to research information for you… to give you evidenced based and non-biased data/results. A Doula will be there to massage you, calm you, hold space with you, remind you to stay hydrated, laugh with you, put chapstick on your lips, dance with you, do different exercises with you to assist you through the birth waves, hold your hand and so much more….#ilovewhatidoula #doulasrock
